  4. Agreeing the materials and the budget

Questions customers ask

Which is better in a dressing room: shelves or drawers?

It depends on the design and the space available.

We always recommend drawers in the lower part of the wardrobe or dressing room, up to a height of 50 cm, as one drawer or several, because clothes are easier to reach in a low drawer than on a low shelf.

Shelves work better in the higher parts.

What is the best height for the hanging rail?

It depends on the design and the space available, but in general the ideal rail height is 170 to 180 cm from the floor.

The hanging space depends on the clothes: for dresses and long garments it should be at least 160 cm, and for suits about 100 cm.

What is the best depth for a dressing room?

The depth should be no less than 55 cm and no more than 62 cm.

Which is better: glass doors or wooden doors?

It depends on the design and the space available.

In general, glass gives the dressing room an elegant look, and it can be combined with wooden doors.

For durability, the glass must be tempered (Securit).
